Probiotic Apple Carrot Cooler
Ingredients

cups
apple cider
raw, unpasteurized
1/4
cup
fermented ginger orange carrots
1
medium
orange, juiced
ice cubes
Instructions
In a blender, combine the apple juice, carrots, and orange juice, and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer, if desired. Fill 2 glasses with ice, and pour the mixture over. Serve immediately.
