Paleo Oyster Chowder

  • In a sauce pan over medium heat, sauté onions, celery & carrots in butter for about 5 minutes, or until the carrots are almost cooked
  • Season onions, celery & carrots with celery salt, white pepper & paprika, stir to combine
  • Add oysters with liquid and cook until the edges of the oysters begin to curl
  • Whisk together potato starch and half & half until blended smooth then add to your oysters & veggies
  • Reduce heat to low (almost simmering) and cook for about 5 minutes
  • Garnish with several crispy fried oysters on the top of each bowl
  • Enjoy!
