The Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie with Probiotics, Protein, Espresso and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Milk or other milk of choice
  • 1 medium banana cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup Plain Kefir
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 1+ tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • All ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
