Ingredients

ham
cut into cubes
1/2
cup
mayonnaise

sweet gherkin pickles
roughly 1/3 c finely chopped

tablespoon
juice from the sweet gherkin pickles
Instructions
Pulse the chopped ham and sweet pickles in a food processor until you have very small pieces. Take care not to overprocess.
Transfer the ham to a medium bowl and add the mayonnaise, fold to combine.
Serve chilled, as a sandwich spread or a topper for crackers or cucumber slices. Enjoy!
The spread will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
