Do not use refrigerated, processed coconut milk - it must be additive free.And I've added MCT oil to this dressing to (a) thin it out and make it pourable and (b) increase the healthy fat content making it better to fit into a ketogenic diet macros. You can omit the MCT if, desired, just add water to thin as desired.
