  • 16 ounces OSCAR MEYER Bacon cooked & finely chopped
  • 2 8 oz PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups KRAFT Barbecue Sauce
  • 8 ounces KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried chives
  • KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese for garnish
  • crackers for serving


  • Beat cream cheese, Barbeque Sauce, cheddar cheese and chives with mixer until blended.
  • Refrigerate several hours, to chill.
  • Using a food processor pulse to finely chop cooked bacon.
  • Shape cream cheese mixture into a football shape and press chopped bacon onto it. Use shredded mozzeralla cheese to make laces. Enjoy immeiately or chill up to 24 hours before serving with crackers.
