Caprese Ricotta Bowl

whole milk ricotta cheese

organic balsamic vinegar

fresh basil leaves (loosely packed)

Instructions
Whip together ricotta with garlic, lemon zest, sea salt and crushed red pepper. Smear on the bottom of a pretty low sided bowl..
Add fresh basil leaves and top with halved or quartered cherry tomatoes.
Lightly season tomatoes with s&p, then drizzle it all with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
