Grilled Pineapple Salsa
For the Shrimp
Raw Wild Caught Shrimp
cleaned and roughly chopped
organic lime juice
organic chili powder
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Make your Grilled Pineapple Salsa, let it hang out in the fridge....
Combine all the shrimp ingredients in glass jar or bowl. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes. The shrimp will become opaque, indicating it's 'cooked' - mix a few times during the 30 minutes.
Add ceviche shrimp into your salsa, let it all hang in the fridge for another hour before serving.
