Sautéed Kale with Bacon and White Beans

Ingredients

tablespoon
Ghee
1/4
pound
bacon, chopped
4
cloves
Garlic
2
bunches
fresh kale
cleaned, chopped
1
can
organic cannellini beans
Instructions
Saute bacon in ghee until crispy. Drain bacon and set aside, keeping the fat in the pan.
Add garlic, sauce until soft. Add kale, wilt.
Stir in drained beans and reserved bacon. Heat through. Don't over stir.
