Place Cauliflower in the bottom of your dutch oven and place chicken on top
Surround chicken with remaining vegetables
Season Chicken/Veggies liberally with sea salt & pepper
Cover with lid and bake 2-3 hours at 350, or until your chicken is cooked through and falling apart.
Remove chicken from dutch oven, transfer to a plate and set aside
Place cooked vegetables and drippings in your blender, puree until smooth. Add water as needed to make the perfect gravy for your family. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Return chicken to the dutch oven and boil to brown/crisp the skin
