Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins {Azure Standard}

Organic Grass-Fed Butter (or ghee), melted

frozen blueberries

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a cupcake pan with paper liners or grease.
Combine liquid ingredients (water, butter, eggs, & lemon extract) and mix well.
Add wet ingredients to dry, mix well.
Gently fold in frozen blueberries.
Divide Blueberry Muffin batter between 24 cupcakes/muffins. Top each with a generous sprinkle of sugar.
Bake for 17 minutes at 400 degrees. Allow to cool slightly then enjoy!
