In the bowl of your stand mixer using the paddle attachment, combine pork, eggs coconut flour and sesame oil.
In your food processor combine onion, garlic, ginger and seasoned salt, pulse to very finely chop.
Add chopped veggies into your meat mixture and mix 2-3 minutes until well combined.
Form into desired size of meatballs, For appetizers I prefer a small size that is just 1 bite. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through/160 degrees F
While your meatballs are baking, in your blender combine sauce ingredients and blend until smooth.
Transfer sauce into a wide, shallow pan and simmer over medium heat until thick.
Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes prior to serving.
Garnish with additional sesame seeds and sliced green onions, if desired.
