In your crock pot, combine smoked pork and seasoned salt. Can be cooked from thawed or frozen. Since the pork is pre-smoked it only needs to be heated to 160 for safety, but I prefer to let it cook all day on low 8+ hours or high 4+ hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange chips on a baking sheet, top with shredded pork and cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted, roughly 3-5 minutes.
Remove from oven, transfer chips to serving plate. Drizzle with BBQ Sauce and sliced green onions. Enjoy immediately.
For each 1 pound of smoked pork, I used 1 tablespoon of my homemade seasoned salt. If you are using any other seasoning, please season to taste.
