Delicious Crispy Chicken Breasts {Paleo, Low-Carb & Grain/Gluten-Free}
Ingredients
Boneless SKIN ON Chicken Breasts
Magical Mushroom Seasoned Salt
Ghee
or other healthy cooking fat of your choice.
Instructions
Pound chicken breast to roughly 1/4 inch thick.
Season liberally with Seasoned Salt
Fry over medium heat, skin side down until brown and crispy. Flip and cook until no longer pink.
Transfer to a rack to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
