Homemade Hot Italian Sausage

ground pork

teaspoon
Sea Salt

Garlic Powder

teaspoon
anise seed
1/2
teaspoon
fennel seed

tablespoon
paprika
1/4
teaspoon
Black Pepper
1/4
teaspoon
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
Combine all seasoning ingredients together and grind.
Work ground seasoning mixture into pork, using your hands as needed to blend well.
Mixed sausage can be made into links, patties or left bulk, as desired.
For best flavor, refrigerate the mixed sausage 8-12 hours prior to preparing it for eating.
