Cream Chipped Beef {Grain & Gluten-Free, Primal, Real Food}

Butter (or ghee)

pound
dried beef, chipped
2
tablespoons
organic potato starch
or arrowroot starch
2
cups
Whole Milk
preferably raw
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Instructions
Lightly rinse dried beef under cool water, if desired and coarsely chop.
In a sauce pot over medium heat, melt butter. Add dried beef and lightly saute 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle arrowroot starch over the dried beef and continue to saute for another 1 minute.
Slowly add milk, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes or until thick. Season with salt & pepper, to taste.
