Instructions
Layer chopped nuts, berries and yogurt in a glass bowl, jar or add fixings right into the yogurt cup.
Enjoy immediately.
Notes
For toasted nuts, drizzle with avocado oil. Toss with a pinch of sea salt and monk fruit sweetener. Bake at 325 for 8 minutes. Cool the coarsely chop.
