Nothing is worse than scratchy, dry and cracked feet! In the summer it's easy to remember to keep up with foot care, since we're all wearing sandals and flip-flops… but as soon as the weather turns cold we often forget to pamper our feet, since they're all covered up in socks, shoes and boots!
Sit back, relax and soak feet for about 30 minutes. Read a book or meditate while that yucky, scratchy skin softens to be easily removed. Then rinse well to completely remove the mixture of this home treatment.
Notes
If you have extremely sensitive skin, start with 1/4 cup of each peroxide and ACV. Most tolerate 1/2 cup of each OR MORE based on how thick your calloused skin may be.
