Season pork chops and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish with sides.
Top each pork chop with a slice of onion.
Mix sauce ingredients and pour over pork chops.
Bake at 400F for roughly 45 minutes, or until fork tender.
Enjoy immediately (they are also delicious at room temperature too)

Notes
The original recipe called for 1 tablespoon of each sauce ingredient PER PORK CHOP, however you can absoultey increase the amounts for extra sauce. Generally I like to make mine extra saucy with 1.5 T per pork chop of each ketchup, brown sugar and lemon juice.
