Instructions
In a blender, combine the banana, kefir, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, espresso powder and ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use any other nut or seed butter in place of the peanut butter. Use stevia or maple syrup in place of the honey.
