- 2 cups milk kefir
- 1 medium banana cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon expresso powder
- 1 cup ice cubes
- In a blender, combine the banana, kefir, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, espresso powder and ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
