This salad can be made with any ratio of broccoli and cauliflower, as desired. Cauliflower can be omitted completely and replaced with all broccoli, if desired. Feel free to add more or less bacon/cheese as desired. If you are serving this salad immediately, you MAY prefer to make an additional batch of the dressing.
