My version is as delicious as you expect, but without the sugar and carbs and loaded with ample healthy fats (which is my favorite part of this perfect recipe)

Keto Broccoli Salad Recipe FAQs

Can I cook the Broccoli for this Keto Broccoli Salad?

If you need to have a softer texture for your broccoli instead of raw, I would not suggest fully cooking it (steaming or boil). Instead I would recommend a quick blanch in a boiling pot of salted water for 3 minutes with an immediate chill in an ice bath, ice water or cold water. After your crisp-tender broccoli is completely cooled, drain the excess water and use as you would fresh in this recipe.

Can I use sour cream instead of Mayonnaise?

You are always welcome to modify the original recipe any way that suits your tastes or needs, however I feel this salad is BEST with a mayonnaise based dressing.

How to store Keto Broccoli Salad

Store your keto broccoli salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

How long will Keto Broccoli Salad stay fresh?

To be honest, ours is normally consumed in the first 1-2 days since it’s so delicious. That being said, with any mayonnaise based salad it’s best to enjoy it within 5 days.
