Prepare noodles according to package instructions, leaving them al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, set aside.
In the same pot that you cooked the noodles in, saute Onion, Ham and Oysters, in butter for 3-5 mintues or until most of the liquid is evaporated. Season with Celery Salt, Paprika and White pepper.
Add flour and cook for about 1 mintue over medium/low heat, just to cook out the flour flavor.
Add reserved oyster liquid and half & half. Mix well, cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. This will not take very long. Remove from heat.
Add the cooked/cooled noodles into the pot with the sauce along with a splash of tabasco and ½ of the parmesan cheese. Stir. Add the kosher salt, to taste.
Prepare a 9x13 baking dish and dump noodle mixture into it. Top with remaining parmesan cheese and panko bread crumbs.
Bake at 350F for 30 mintues or until bubbly and lightly browned on top. Enjoy.
