Instructions
Using a food processor, grind tortilla chips into a bread crumb consistency.
Combine ground beef, tortilla chip crumbs and salsa, mix well
Shape into 4 equal sized patties.
Grill over high heat for 6-8 minutes, or until desired doneness.
Top each burger with a slice of Pepper Jack cheese
place each burger on a bun
Top with sliced avocado, cilantro and MORE Salsa. Enjoy!
