  • One of my all time favorite ways to enjoy breaded fried calamari is on top of a Caesar salad. It's the combination of crispy cool lettuce with creamy caesar dressing, lots of parmesan cheese and crunchy warm fried calamari that's so perfectly balanced. And with my homemade Caesar Dressing and Grain-Free Fried Calamari, it's guilt free! Oh, and if you are paleo, just leave off the parmesan cheese!

Grain Free Flour Blend This Paleo Grain Free Flour blend that I’ve been using for the past few weeks with great success. I’m not saying to go and make a cake of entirely this blend, however for breading, dredging, and recipes that call for a little flour, this will easily get you the results your looking for!! (Like in my Grain Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl Brownies) Make up a batch and keep it on hand for quick substitution!

Grain Free All Purpose Flour Blend

Print Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 cup Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Arrowroot Starch

Instructions

  • Combine everything together with a whisk.
  • Store in a jar and use in place of all purpose flour

    I recently used your grain free flour mixture to make a French Apple Cake. The result was amazing. My husband absolutely loved it and he isn’t the one who needs to eat grain free! Thank you so much.

    Hi does this flour blend still work in baked goods without eggs or using a egg substitute? I just found out I can’t have grains or eggs. Thanks

      No. I avoid additives. Many people have issues digesting xanthan gum.
