Grain Free All Purpose Flour Blend
This Paleo Grain Free Flour blend that I’ve been using for the past few weeks with great success. I’m not saying to go and make a cake of entirely this blend, however for breading, dredging, and recipes that call for a little flour, this will easily get you the results your looking for!! (Like in my Grain Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl Brownies) Make up a batch and keep it on hand for quick substitution!
- 1 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 cup Blanched Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Arrowroot Starch
- Combine everything together with a whisk.
- Store in a jar and use in place of all purpose flour
Could you suggest a substitute for the almond flour since avoiding nuts?
There isn’t a 1:1 sub.

Hi does this flour blend still work in baked goods without eggs or using a egg substitute? I just found out I can’t have grains or eggs. Thanks

Don’t you find the need for xanthan gum?
No. I avoid additives. Many people have issues digesting xanthan gum.
This is great! One question though- where should this be stored? Just in the pantry or in the fridge?
