Instructions

  • Place mango and water in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Combine blended water/mango with sugar in a pot over medium heat. Simmer for 1 minute to melt the sugar.
  • Allow to cool then transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
