Healthy Sweet Tea

I don’t know about you, but some days I crave a glass of sweet tea.. However, I don’t want to flood my body with processed sugar! Here’s a quick and easy recipe to make Sweet Tea with Honey & Lemon in just 15 minutes.

In a Quart Jar combine:

4T Honey, preferably local and raw
Juice from 1 Organic Lemon
3 Organic Black Tea Bags

sweet tea

Fill jar with boiling water, let sit for 15 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir. Pour (still hot tea) over a glass of ice and enjoy!!

    Looks delicious! We have the local, raw honey and the tea (green, not black), but I don’t have any lemons. The girls will be excited when I surprise them after school with this. Maybe tomorrow for a hot, Friday afternoon treat!
