Diary & Egg Free Ceaser Dressing

I tossed together a few ingredients to make a quick salad dressing, it turned out super yummy! It’s a great substitute for ceaser dressing for those of us who are need to avoid Dairy and Eggs!

In your blender combine:

  • 1/4c Organic Olive Oil
  • 2 Anchovy Filets
  • Juice from 1/2 an Organic Lemon
  • 1 Large Garlic Clove
  • 1/2t Organic Dijon Mustard
  • 1/8t Celtic Sea Salt + a few grinds of fresh black pepper

Blend everything together until smooth, drizzle over your salad and toss to lightly coat. Will yield about 1/3c of dressing.

And don’t get all weird because there’s anchovies in this dressing 🙂 Anchovies are what gives Ceaser Dressing it’s distinct flavor! If you’re worried about opening a whole can and the extra anchovies going to waste, buy a tube of Anchovy Paste! It keeps in the fridge for-nearly-ever, you just squeeze a little out into your dressing recipe in place of the little anchovy fishes…

  1. Just thought you would want to know…it is spelled C A E S E R, with the A before the E. Looks weird, I know…but that is correct.
