Loads of Fun Blend

Loads of Fun Essential Oil Blend brings a bright fresh, citrus aroma with a hint of sweet spearmint to your laundry when added to the dryer. Ditch the artificially fragranced commercial dryer sheet for a natural aroma with essential oil, leaving your clothes smelling great without the toxic chemicals.

Loads of Fun Ingredients: Orange, Grapefruit, Lemon, Tangerine, Wintergreen

How to use Loads of Fun Blend:

  • Wool Dryer Ball: Add 3-6 drops of Loads of Fun to each dryer ball. Toss 4-8 of the dryer balls into the dryer with wet clothes (use 6-8 dryer balls for large loads as this will help dry the clothes faster). Re-use over and over again. Add more essential oil as needed, usually after the third load of laundry.  Smells great and has the added bonus of reducing dry time and static cling!

  • DIY Dryer Sheets: Mix 1 cup of organic distilled white vinegar with 20+ drops of Loads of Fun essential oil blend. Pour mixture over cloth squares (such as fabric scraps, cloth baby wipes or pieces of an old T-shirt). Allow fabric to soak in the mixture while stored in a sealable container. Wring out the excess liquid and toss one into the dryer with each load of clothes! White vinegar helps reduce static cling and the scent will evaporate, leaving behind the bright clean scent of Loads of Fun!

  • Wrinkle Release Spray: Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup organic distilled white vinegar and 10 drops of Loads of Fun in a 16 ounce spray bottle. Shake well prior to use. Spray wrinkled fabrics using a sweeping motion, release wrinkles from clothing by smoothing and tugging fabric with your hands, allow clothing to hang to dry. This also works wonderfully on wrinkled drapes and curtains, spray on while hanging and smooth.

You can learn some quick recipes online and gather your motivation for cooking meals.

    Create a Healthy Snack
We all love to have post-lunch snacks to enjoy. But this can only add up to more calories after the meal. What best you can consider is filling your snack drawer with nourishing foods that provide your health with fats, protein, and carbohydrates.
If you feel there are limited options for you to choose a snack, you can be wrong. Here are the top healthiest snacks that you can consider:
    Dried and unsweetened fruits
    Raw nuts
    Vacuum sealed tuna pouches
Peanut butter and brown rice cakes

    Protect Your Health
No matter how well you eat and pay attention to hygiene at work, you still need to ensure that the environment you are working is clean and maintained. If you eat from the canteen and there are foodborne illness outbreaks, you need to be careful and more protected.

Instead of relying on caffeine, you can focus more on drinking a good amount of water to keep yourself hydrated. You can keep a big bottle of water on your desk to drink a good amount of water while working.

    Take Small Breaks for Movement
Exercising and keeping yourself in movement is crucial. To stay healthy and fit, you need to be focused on taking small breaks where you move your legs, arms, and muscles. This way, the blood will move better around the body.
Sitting for long hours can be bad for your body posture and health. There are many health conditions that can be developed during this time.
For example, high levels of cholesterol, obesity, high blood sugar, and excessive body fat around the waist. But you can set the timer to stand and move to maintain your health in the workplace.
