The saying goes that it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission, right? So here it goes.. Ray, I’m so sorry that I dug up 3 of your ramps for this blog post. I’m sincerely sorry but I NEEDED a few for photos – and honestly it is your fault because YOU ate all the ramps. You left me no choice…..
Welcome to my life.
A few years ago we transplanted some ramps (from our ramp-patch) to the woods behind our house and they are spreading nicely.
They are growing so nicely that I dug up 3 for the photos in this blog post – I can’t talk about Ramp’d-Up Ranch without including actual ramps in the photos – Right? I mean it just makes sense.
Making a quick and easy Ramp’d-Up Ranch Dressing & Dip is a delicious way to enjoy your freshly foraged ramps. I’m enjoying some with Ramp’d Ranch Dip with celery sticks and roasted chicken legs for lunch today!
Just a few common ingredients (sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, S&P and ramps) are all you need. Trust me this Ramp’d-Up Ranch Dressing & Dip is totally addictive.
