I can’t think of a more deliocus way to raise a glass and toast to fall, than with my Fall Cider Ginger Fizz Brandy Cocktail! Made with farm fresh apple cider and Ginger Brandy topped with a splash of kombucha for a fizzy treat.
You might be wondering why Ginger Brandy, right??
Well first of all this recipe post isn’t sponsored or endorsed by any one, so let’s get that out of the way… Ginger Brandy has always been a family favorite spirit and one that it’s always in our liquor cabinet.
What is Ginger Brandy?
It’s both smooth and sweet, yet still 70 proof. You barely even cringe when you drink it straight, unlike other similar liquors. When paired with cider and fizzy kombucha, it’s a match made in fall-heaven.
The funny part of all of this is, that “we” as in Ray, I, our friends and family all just call it Ginger Brandy. But when I was doing my ‘research’ for this post I learned a few things… like it’s actually called “Ginger Flavored Brandy” and it’s a Pennsylvania based company.
Next time you’re at the liquor store, do yourself a favor and grab a bottle of Ginger Brandy, trust me it’s yum not only straight up but also in my Fall Cider Ginger Fizz Brandy Cocktail, which is my Signature Backyard Fire Pit Cocktail of the fall!

- kombucha Ginger, cranberry or lemon flavored.
- Cinnamon Stick
- fresh thyme
- fresh mint
- apple, thinly sliced
- Fill a glass with ice, fill 1/2 way full with apple cider.
- Add a shot of Ginger Brandy.
- Fill the glass the rest of the way full with kombucha.
