The probiotic goodness in this tasty beverage comes from the addition of my Homemade Fermented Ginger Orange Carrots. Not only are they delicious on their own, but also when added into drinks and blended.
- 4 cups apple cider raw, unpasteurized
- 1/4 cup fermented ginger orange carrots
- 1 medium orange, juiced
- ice cubes
- In a blender, combine the apple juice, carrots, and orange juice, and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer, if desired. Fill 2 glasses with ice, and pour the mixture over. Serve immediately.
