- Juice from 1 Orange
- Juice from 1 Lime
- 1 Large clove of garlic, pressed
- 1t Fresh Oregano, chopped (or 1/2t dried)
- 1/2t Sea Salt
- 1/4t Pepper
- Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper
- 3T Olive Oil
Combine everything together in a sealed jar/bottle and shake well to combine.

I had an amazing mahi taco salad at a restaurant while on vacation and I am going to try and recreate it. It had a Cuban mojo vinaigrette and a chipotle creme as two of the ingredients so I’m hunting for recipes. I’m going to try this one out!
