Although I don’t advocate the use of “sugar” very often, it is ok to use a little every once and a while…80/20 right?! I always keep simple syrup in my fridge, just incase… Like incase a friend comes over and doesn’t like unsweetened tea.. or I need a Margarita or Mojito like NOW! 🙂
Here’s how you make Simple Syrup:
- 2 Parts Organic Sugar
- 1 Part Water
In a sauce pan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until melted and syrupy. All to cool slightly then store in the fridge until your ready to use it!
