  1. Too many ingredients not worth it. Gluten free pumpkin roll can be as simple and flavorful as regular. No need for all these ingredients and expense. Simply substitute the ap flour or cake flour (depending on which you use for reg p. Roll) for Pillsbury GF flour mix or the GF cake flour mix. Which you can make yourself if you can’t find. Remove the two tblsp of gf flour and add two tblsp of corn starch back in to the GF flour, sift them to the make sure it’s mixed in there evenly.

    1. Hey Cindy – I’m glad you found what works for you! I personally don’t like the ingredients in purchased GF mixes for health reasons. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
