All you need is 3 things:
- Can of Coconut Milk (buy HERE) which has been chilled for at least 8 hours or longer (shake well to combine before refrigerating so that the cream is not separated from the liquid) or you can use organic (preferably raw) dairy cream
- Liquid Stevia (buy HERE) to sweeten your whipped cream, 10-20 drops of liquid depending on how sweet you want your whipped cream.
- 1 Pint Dessert and Cream Whipper (buy HERE) with cartridges (buy HERE)
Just pour your chilled can of coconut milk into your Dessert & Cream Whipper, add stevia.. The follow the instructions provided with your whipper (charge, shake, dispense).. easy as that! Use just as you would aerosol whipped cream from the store – store the unused portion in the fridge for up to a week – Enjoy!
