Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie Recipe with Kefir

What’s your breakfast routine normally like? Ideally, we’d all have time for bacon, eggs, hash browns and coffee. And maybe some French toast with warm syrup. But most days, there’s not enough time.
On those busy mornings, try blending together this handful of ingredients for a probiotic (kefir) and protein packed (over 25 grams) smoothie with espresso powder to jump-start your day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Milk or other milk of choice
- 1 medium banana cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup milk kefir
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder
- 1+ tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- All ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
