Always Perfect Blender Guacamole {Paleo, Keto & Low-Carb}
Do you love guacamole as much as me?? I admit that although I love it, I don’t eat it as often as I’d like because I’m just plain too lazy to whip up a fresh batch, and then who knows how it’s going to turn out?!
Sometime it’s fabulous and sometimes it’s just missing something. By making my Always Perfect Blender Guacamole, you can make up a batch once a week and nibble on it daily – or better yet stock your freezer with my Perfect Portable Avocado (or guac) Packs – DIY coming to my blog soon!
I’ve created this recipe to be easy and versatile – avocado seasoned with lime, cilantro, salt and pepper, add a pinch of crushed red pepper if you like yours spicy.
Ingredients
- 4 medium avocados
- 1 medium lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Homemade Seasoned Salt <-- Get my Recipe
- 1/8 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes optional, omit for mild flavor
- 1 tabelspoon fresh chopped cilantro or 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in your blender and pulse to chop/mix. Feel free to leave it chunkier or smoother based on your personal preference.
