Homemade BBQ Spice Dry Rub
I gotta admit, we’re totally obsessed with smoking. Don’t get confused… not in any illegal or health damaging way, but smoking in our new electric smoker! And one of the first recipes that I needed to perfect is my Homemade BBQ Spice Dry Rub.
We literally use it on EVERYTHING.
It’s the perfect balance of sweet and spice, but don’t worry. It’s not “hot” just spiced, as in using a combination of spices. The touch of cumin and ginger are what really make the flavors POP.
So, toss together a batch and start spicing things up. Use is as a dry rub on steaks, chops, chicken and even fish. Grilled, baked, broiled, sautéed or smoked, everything you use it on will turn out delicious!
