What I love most about my Truffle Fat Bombs is that they are sneakily made with avocado as their base, instead of dairy. Diary can be problematic for so many with intolerances or can stall weightloss on a ketogenic or low-carb weight loss approach.


Ingredients
- 2 medium avocados
- 3 scoops MCT Powder
- 1 tablespoon Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
- 2 tablespoons Organic Coconut Cream (canned) or heavy cream
For the coating
- 1 tablespoon Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1 tablespoon powdered monk fruit sweetener
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in your blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
- Chill for 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up
- Roll into 12 balls, dip in coating mixture. Freeze or refrigerate
