Paleo Honey Sweetened Strawberry Limeade - Health Starts in the Kitchen Crisp, Cool and Refreshing, My Honey Sweetened Strawberry Limeade only takes minutes to make but will surly please the whole family. No more junky powdered drink mixes when you can whip up a pitcher of this instead! Easy enough for everyday, yet fancy enough to serve for guests. This recipe idea came to me the other day while I was in town driving past (sonic) during their infamous happy hour. I loved stopping by there to get a fun, fruity drink on a hot afternoon – but I have the strength to resist now 🙂 Just because you eat (and drink) healthier, doesn’t mean that all those yummy flavors are gone for good – This is a perfect example of how you can make amazing fruity drinks (as a special treat) at home! And just incase you were wondering, Yes it’s really fabulous with some potato vodka too 🙂

Strawberry Limeade

Print Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quartered Strawberries
  • 2 Limes peeled
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 6 cups Water, filtered preferably filtered

Instructions

  • In your blender, combine strawberries, lime and honey with 2 cups of water - blend until completely smooth.
  • Add Strawberry lime mixture to the remaining 4 cups of water, mix well
  • Best served chilled over ice
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Stevia may also be used to taste in place of honey.
