Well to be totally honest – I’m not really, 100% hard-core Paleo every day – I do what works for me & my body (just like you should) but if you are Paleo and you NEED a S’mores fix these are the very best & healthiest version you can have!

Let’s face it – nothing today is truly “Paleo” our food comes from farms (not hunted) we cook on a stove with pots and pans (not over the fire on a stick) .. so technically none of us are really paleo (nope – not even the paleo police are really paleo!)

Putting together a Paleo S’more is totally easy.. whip up a batch of my Grain/Gluten/Nut Free Graham Crackers and some Homemade Marshmallows (which, I promise are so totally stupid easy to make! and taste so good you’ll never ever crave one of those toxic-processd-garbage grocery store marshmallows again!) Both can be made up days ahead of time – infact I think the marshmallows toast up better when they are a couple days old. You’ll also need to buy quality, organic chocolate too.

And let’s not forget a beautiful fire to toast those marshmallows over, right?!?

    1. Juli – Did you make my recipe or a different recipe? I let mine get a little stale before roasting they were PERFECT.
