I love wild Ramps! They are a wild leek that grows in the spring locally. Here’s a great quick recipe to make a Ramp Spread 🙂
Spring Wild Ramp Spread Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 Ramps bulbs and green leaves, finely chopped
- 4 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
- 3 Tablespoons Butter room temperature
- Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- With an electric mixer, whip cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add in chopped ramps and season with salt and pepper. Chill for at least 30 minutes for flavors to combine, sever on toasted bread, crackers or with veggie sticks. Yield approximately 1 cup. Enjoy!
