Valentine’s Day Breakfast Recipe with Heart Omelets and Bacon Roses
With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, instead of reaching for candy and flowers, kick start your beloved’s day with a a romantic Valentine’s Day Breakfast with Heart Omelets and Bacon Roses, not only showing your love for them but for their health, too since these Valentines Breakfast Ideas are all low carb and keto friendly!
Valentine’s Day is our most favorite holiday because it’s also our Wedding Anniversary! This year (2023) we’re celebrating 20 years of marriage!!
While this Valentines Day breakfast may look difficult or complicated, it’s extremely easy. Even easier than making a traditional breakfast since everything is BAKED and can be made ahead of time! And a better gift than flowers or to buy candy in bulk for Valentine’s Day!

How to make Bacon Roses for Valentine’s Day Breakfast
Roll each slice of bacon and place in the silicone cube tray. Bake 350 for 30+ minutes, checking often or until crispy but not burnt. Remove hearts and allow to drain on paper towel. Can be made up to 3 days ahead. Reheat in oven.
How to make heart shaped omelets for Valentine Day Breakfast
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- For the Heart Omelets: Spray silicone heart cupcakes with avocado oil spray, place in a pan.
- Lightly saute omelet veggies in butter until soft. Divide equally between the hearts.
- Top veggies with cheese equally.
- Beat Eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over top cheese/veggies.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set and no longer runny.
- Heart Omelets can be made up to 3 days in advance and reheated in the oven before serving.
What to serve with Valentine’s Day Breakfast
Don’t forget to add a sweet treat to your valentines day breakfast, even if you are sticking to low carbs! Fresh Berries like fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries make the perfect breakfast dessert dish and feel free to indulge with a mimosa or a Diet Cokagne cocktail!

Valentine’s Day Breakfast with Heart Omelets & Bacon Roses

Ingredients
Baked Heart Omelets
- avocado oil spray
- 1/2 cup finely diced omelet veggies (onion, pepper, mushroom, etc)
- 1 tablespoon Butter (or ghee)
- 3 large Egg(s)
- 1 teaspoon Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 pinches Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Heart Canadian Bacon
- 3-6 slices Canadian Bacon
Bacon Roses
- 3 slices bacon
Optional Garnishes
- fresh spinach
- Fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- For the Heart Omelets: Spray silicone heart cupcakes with avocado oil spray, place in a pan.
- Lightly saute omelet veggies in butter until soft. Divide equally between the hearts.
- Top veggies with cheese equally.
- Beat Eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over top cheese/veggies.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set and no longer runny.

- For the Canadian Bacon Hearts: Use cookie cutter to cuts hearts out of the canadian bacon. Reserve until ready to serve, can be made up to 3 days in advance. Heat in the oven.
